Funnelicc is offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis during the beta. Features, limits, pricing, and behaviour may change without notice as we iterate.

Funnelicc helps you manage leads, plan and track follow-ups, draft WhatsApp and email messages with AI, log activities and calls, and get AI assistance for your client work.

Funnelicc does not guarantee sales, revenue, conversions, replies from your leads, or any specific business outcome. Results depend on your leads, your offer, your outreach, and many factors outside the app.

Funnelicc does not automatically send WhatsApp messages. We help you draft a message and open a pre-filled WhatsApp link that you review and send yourself.

You are responsible for:

• the accuracy and legality of the data you enter (including lead information);
• the messages you actually send from your accounts;
• complying with WhatsApp, email provider, and platform rules and applicable laws (including privacy and anti-spam laws).

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us at support@funnelicc.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You must not use Funnelicc for:

• spam, mass unsolicited outreach, or harassment;
• scams, fraud, phishing, or misrepresentation;
• uploading data you do not have permission to use;
• any unlawful, harmful, or platform-violating activity.

AI drafts and suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI output before sending it to a lead.

Funnelicc may depend on third-party services for hosting, authentication, database, AI generation, email/auth communication, WhatsApp links, analytics, or error monitoring. We are not responsible for outages, restrictions, policy changes, delivery failures, or account actions caused by third-party platforms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Funnelicc is not liable for messages you send, lost profits, lost leads, business losses, third-party service issues, downtime, data loss, or limitations that come with using a beta product.

You agree to defend and indemnify Funnelicc from claims arising out of the data you upload, the outreach you perform through the app, your misuse of the service, or your violation of applicable law or third-party platform rules.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that show signs of abuse, spam, security risk, or violation of these Terms.

Paid billing is not currently active. If we introduce paid plans in future, additional terms (pricing, refunds, renewals) will apply and will be presented before you subscribe.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
