Privacy Policy

Funnelicc (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides a lead management and AI drafting tool. We are the controller of the personal data described below. For any privacy question, write to privacy@funnelicc.com.

Account data: your name, email address, and login/authentication details (including sign-in provider information when you use Google).

Business / workspace data: your business name, services and products, tone of voice, goals, preferences and other AI profile context you provide.

Lead data you add: lead names, phone numbers, email addresses, notes, statuses, product or service interest, deal values, follow-up dates, and any call, message, or activity history you log.

AI-related data: the prompts you send, the AI profile context used, the drafts and assistant replies generated, and the CRM context supplied to the model to produce those drafts.

Technical & session data: information needed for login, session security, error tracking, and normal app functionality (for example, authentication tokens, device/browser information, and log data).

We use your data to:

• run your CRM — store leads, follow-ups, activities and reminders inside the app;
• generate AI drafts, suggestions and assistant replies personalised to your business;
• provide support, respond to your questions, and keep the service secure;
• debug errors and improve the product during the beta.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis and appropriate permission to upload lead information into Funnelicc and to contact those leads. You must comply with applicable privacy, marketing, and anti-spam laws in your country.

Funnelicc does not automatically send WhatsApp messages. We help you draft messages and open a pre-filled WhatsApp link — the actual message is reviewed and sent manually by you from your own WhatsApp account. Funnelicc is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta.

AI drafts and assistant replies are suggestions. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular lead or situation. Always review AI output before you send anything.

We do not sell your personal data or your leads' personal data to third parties.

To run Funnelicc we use trusted third-party providers for hosting, authentication, database, AI model generation, transactional and auth-related email, analytics or error monitoring tools if we add or enable them, and other operational services. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

We keep account, workspace, lead, follow-up, activity, and AI-related data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Some deleted data may remain temporarily in backups, logs, or security records before being removed, unless longer retention is required by law.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted transport, access controls, and row-level security on stored records. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If we become aware of a personal data breach, we will take reasonable steps to investigate and notify affected users where required by law.

Your data may be processed or stored using service providers that operate in India or other countries, depending on their infrastructure and the tools used to run Funnelicc.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can ask us to delete your account and workspace data. Write to privacy@funnelicc.com and we will respond within a reasonable time and within timelines required by applicable law.

Funnelicc is a business tool and is not intended for children or minors under 18.

As Funnelicc evolves through beta and beyond, this policy may change. Meaningful changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
